Hope House School has been a registered charity since 2003 when the Principal, Terri Westmoreland, first had the vision to create Hope House.
The story behind Terri’s passion for establishing a specialised school for children and young adults who have autism came from her love for her two grandchildren who are both autistic. She knew that they couldn’t get the same opportunities that other children can gain in a mainstream school.
With that in mind the vision for Hope House began.
